Kristi began her career in the 90s (!!) in the field of marketing and communications, honing her skills in internal and external communications management and media relations within the healthcare industry, strategic communications planning and consultation for the provincial government and marketing campaign development and client relations within a traditional ad agency setting. She paused her career to start a family and when she and Micah launched Lift in 2002, she took on the task of business administration, calling on her abilities to plan, organize and problem-solve, to ensure the i’s were dotted and t’s were crossed behind the scenes. More than 20 years later, she has not looked back and enjoys her multi-faceted role in the areas of finance, HR and organizational oversight as she and Micah pursue the continued privilege and challenge of growing a business together. She is constantly blown away by the talent and expertise of the elite team of creatives, thinkers and technicians who choose to make Lift their professional home. Kristi is an active member of her community and is most happy spending time near water or in the mountains with Micah, their four children and goldendoodle (Greta), or taking her family on adventures abroad to experience new and exciting cultures.
