Moving sequence in progress 0
As promised, here’s the time lapse of our move into the new office. This one spans out 4 hours and 1500 images (this one put my camera battery to the test!). If the beginning seems a little slow it’s because we moved everything in one (rickety) elevator load at a time. The action picks up as soon as everything has made it up to the fourth floor!

Again, this was our first time doing time lapse photography, but I think it turned out well. Here’s a few technical details for those of you who are interested:
- I used a fisheye lens for maximum field of view.
- The camera was set to aperture priority mode.
- The ambient light in the office varied significantly between exposures. Accordingly, I noticed shutter speeds ranging between 1/50 and 1/160 of a second.
- The different exposures create what looks like a flicker as you watch the video. I’m not sure how to eliminate this… but it would be nice have less fluctuation from exposure to exposure. Maybe next time.
